Due to the one-of-one, artist-embellished nature of our pieces, all sales are final. HLP does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All pieces are created using previously owned and vintage materials. Signs of age, patina, or minor wear are intentional and part of each piece’s story.

If an item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved cases may be eligible for repair or store credit at our discretion.

Once an order is marked delivered, HLP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
